Q:  Do you participate with my insurance
 
A: You must call your insurance agent to get a list of physicians or visit their web site or you can call us at (269) 428-3500.
 
Q:  Do you accept workmans compensation cases?
 
A: Yes - but we must receive written authorization before appointment.
 
Q:  Do I need a referral from my family doctor?.
 
A: Only if your insurance requires one.
 
Q:  What should I bring to my first appointment?
 
A:   1. Insurance cards
      2. Drivers License
      3. List of current medications
      4. X-rays & MRI films (if you've had them taken)
      5. Any tests you have had done
 
Q:  Do you have any other locations where I can be seen?
 
A: Yes - Watervliet Specialty Clinic located at 400 Medical Park Drive in Watervliet.
 
Q:  Can x-rays be taken at the time of my appointment?
 
A: Yes - we have a state-of-the-art radiology department with digital x-rays.
 
Q:  What is the advantage of doing Physical Therapy on site?
 
A: The advantage is close communication between therapist and physician.
 
Q:  Do any of your doctors do the "minimally invasive" hip and knee replacements?
 
A: Yes - all of our physicians have been fully trained and use this technique when appropriate.
 
Q:  Do you provide "rooster" shots?
 
A: Yes - we provide Synvisc and Supartz injections for patients who's condition meets the criteria.
