Kenneth J. Edwards
MD FACS
 
Dr. Edwards is a native of New York and is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. He then went on to receive his M.D. from the State University of New York Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse before completing an internship at Portsmouth Naval Hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia. Following his internship, Dr. Edwards served as the Medical Department Head aboard the USS Coronado and then as a physician at Oceana Naval Air Station.
 
Dr Edwards received his orthopedic surgery training at the National Naval Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland, and thereafter he was a staff orthopedic surgeon at Great Lakes Naval Hospital prior to moving to Southwest Michigan in 1993. Dr Edwards has served as the Chief of Staff at Lakeland Regional Medical Center and is the Chairman of Surgery. He also served for four years on the State of Michigan Board of Medicine and currently is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Michigan State Medical Society.
 
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of the Arthroscopy Association of North America, the Michigan Orthopaedic Society, the Michigan State Medical Society and Berrien County Medical Society.
 
Dr. Edwards professional interests include total hip, shoulder and knee reconstruction, arthoscopic shoulder and knee surgery, computer assisted orthopedic surgery and surgery of the hand.
 

 
George T. Kolettis
MD FAAOS
 
Dr Kolettis is a native of South Bend, Indiana and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, where he graduated with high honors as a Notre Dame scholar. He then went on to receive his M.D. from the Indiana School of Medicine before completing his internship at Northwestern University. Following his internship, Dr Kolettis received his orthopedic surgery training at Northwestern University. He then went on to do a Fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery and Total Joint Replacement at the Brigham and Women's Hospital, part of the Harvard Medical School Orthopedic Program. He moved to Southwest Michigan in 1994. Dr Kolettis has served as the Chief of Staff at Lakeland Regional Medical Center and is the Chairman-elect for the Department of Surgery. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Lakeland Regional Medical Center
 
He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the Hip and Knee Society, Michigan Orthopedic Society, Michigan State Medical Society, and the American Medical Association, as well as the Notre Dame Orthopedic Society. Dr Kolettis' professional interest includes total hip, shoulder and knee reconstruction, computer assisted orthopedic surgery and arthoscopic shoulder and knee surgery.
 

 
Charles G. Lischer
MD FAAOS
 
Dr Lischer is a native of St Louis, Missouri and is a graduate of Williams College in Williamstown, Maaaachusettis. He then went on to receive his M.D. from the University of Missouri before completing his internship at Denver General Hospital. Dr. Lischer received his orthopedic surgery training at Colorado University in Denver, Colorado, before beginning practice in Santa Barbara, California. He moved to Southwest Michigan in 1984 and has served the community since that time.
 
Dr. Lischer is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery, a member of the American Medical Association, Michigan Orthopedic Society, Michigan State Medical Society and the Berrien County Medical Society. Dr Lischer's professional interests include total knee replacement, arthroscopic knee surgery and surgery of the foot and ankle.
 

 
James J. Burczak
D.O.
 
Dr Burczak is a native of Indiana and a graduate of the Purdue University of Pharmacy. He then attended medical school at the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating with honors. He received his orthopedic training at Doctors' Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Following his orthopedic surgery training he briefly practiced in Vermont before moving to Southwest Michigan in 1992. Dr Burczak has served as Chief of Surgery at Lakeland Regional Medical Center. He has been an Orthopedic Board Examiner in the past.
He is a Fellow of the American Osteopathic Orthopedic Society, Michigan Orthopedic Society, Michigan State Medical Society and Berrien County Medical Society. Dr Burczak's professional interests include hip and knee reconstruction and trauma surgery.
 

 
Daniel D. Sohn
MD FAAOS
 
Dr. Sohn is a native of Chicago, Illinois and is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of Chicago. He then went on to receive his M.D. from the University of Chicago, completing his internship at the University of Michigan in general surgery. Dr. Sohn received his orthopedic surgery training at the University of Michigan prior to moving to Southwest Michigan in 1999.
